These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website, operated by Turma Restaurants (“Turma”, “we”, “us”), Av. da Liberdade 40, 4710-249 Braga, Portugal, [NIF __________]. By using this website you agree to these terms.
1. Our website and menu
This website presents our menu and lets you build an order and request a table. Menu items, descriptions, prices and availability are shown in good faith and may change without notice. Photographs are illustrative.
2. Ordering — WhatsApp only, no online payment
We do not process any payment on this website. When you “place an order”, the site opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message that you send to us. An order is a request only. It is not confirmed until we reply to you on WhatsApp accepting it and confirming availability, price, and (where relevant) delivery time. Payment is made directly with the restaurant on delivery or collection, by the methods we accept.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT (IVA) at the applicable rate. If a price is obviously incorrect due to an error, we may cancel the affected order before it is confirmed.
4. Delivery and takeaway
Where offered, delivery and takeaway options, any delivery area, minimum order value and estimated times are confirmed by us on WhatsApp. Estimated times are indicative and not guaranteed.
5. Table bookings
A booking request submitted through the website is confirmed only once we reply to confirm it. Please arrive on time; tables may be held for a limited period. To change or cancel a booking, contact us on WhatsApp or by phone.
6. Allergens and dietary information
Dietary markers (vegetarian, vegan, etc.) and allergen or attribute labels (such as halal, nut-free or spicy) are provided as a guide. Our dishes are prepared in kitchens that handle many ingredients, and cross-contamination cannot be fully excluded. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please tell us before ordering so we can advise you.
7. Intellectual property
The content of this website (branding, text, images and design) belongs to Turma Restaurants or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Liability
We provide this website with reasonable care but do not warrant that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory Portuguese consumer law.
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at turmakebab@gmail.com or +351 928 496 152 so we can try to resolve it.
In accordance with Portuguese law you may also use the electronic complaints book — Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico: www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
As a consumer, you may resort to alternative dispute resolution (RAL). The competent entity for our area is the CIAB — Tribunal Arbitral de Consumo (Braga / Minho region), www.ciab.pt. A full list of Portuguese consumer arbitration entities is available at www.consumidor.gov.pt.
The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably or through the mechanisms above shall be subject to the competent courts of the district of Braga (Comarca de Braga), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules.
